「sms4dads」というサイトを専門家の方に教えていただきました。訳すと、「父親（dads)のための(for)ショートメール(SMS)」。テキストメッセージング（text messageing)によって、対象に働きかける（専門用語で"介入”といいます）研究です。オーストラリアのニューキャッスル大学の研究のようです。後学のため、Google翻訳に僕の中学レベルの英語力で翻訳した情報を共有します。
About the project
It's a simple idea.Dad's are really busy before and after the birth - there is no way they'll come to lots of parenting classes... but they do have mobile phones.

シンプルなアイデアです。父親は産前産後、忙しくて両親学級に来る時間もない。でも彼らは携帯電話は持っています。(中略）
「SMS4dads」は、新しい父親に携帯電話を介したオンラインサービスによって、情報と繋がりを提供します。ヒント、情報、他のサービスへのリンクが記載されたテキストメッセージは、父親による赤ちゃんの理解につながり、パートナーをサポートするのに役立ちます。
「父親」を「母親とその家族」に変えたら「きずなメール」のようで嬉しいですね。メッセージのサンプルも訳してみました。

「ここ（胎内）はうるさいですが、私（赤ちゃん）は、（妊娠）20週目くらいからあなた（父親）の声を聴くことができます。だから私に、一緒にすることを話しかけてください。」
同じ時期、「きずなメール」基本原稿にも「音」に関する内容が入っています。
●妊娠17週と2日
「この時期の赤ちゃんは、音を聞く力が発達します。ﾏﾏのからだの中の血流の音やﾏﾏの声だけでなく、ﾊﾟﾊﾟの声など、おなかの外から聞こえる音も届いているようです。積極的に声をかけてあげましょう。」
●妊娠20週と1日
「五感である味覚、嗅覚、視覚、聴覚、触覚が発達中です。赤ちゃんの耳には、すでに外の世界の音が届いています。」
このテキストメッセージングサービスは、研究のために行われようで、調査結果も出ています。
Results to date ...Results from the feasibility study are encouraging. Of the 520 enrolled, 22% indicated distress (scoring above 13 on the Kessler 6 scale) and 87% received all messages. Distressed fathers completed as often as non-distressed and used links as often (67% clicked on at least one link). Almost half of participants (46%) responded to the 'How's it going' questions, however less than 1% (13) indicated 'bad' in their response. Evaluations on exit were overwhelmingly positive with 92% indicating that SMS4dads had helped them in their transition to becoming fathers and 83% responded that the program had helped their relationship with the mother. The feasibility study completed in August 2016 and efficacy study is now underway.
実現可能性調査（フィジビリティスタディ）の結果は心強いものです。 登録した520人のうち、22％が苦痛を示し（ケスラー6尺度で13点以上）、87％がすべてのメッセージを受信しました。

参加者のほぼ半数（46％）が「どうですか」という質問に回答しまし、1％未満（13）が「悪い」と回答しました。 終了時の評価はとても肯定的で、92％が「SMS4dadsが父親になることを支援した」、83％が「プログラムが妻との関係を支援した」と回答しました。 実行可能性調査は2016年8月に完了し、有効性調査は現在進行中です。
2016年に終了しているので、今は登録できないようで残念です。
テキストメッセージングのよいところは、下記の通り。
・「原稿」による介入なので、不特定多数にリーチできる。
・「原稿」なので、あらゆるデバイス（スマホ、タブレット、PC、紙も）
・「原稿」なので、専門家のよる対人支援より、費用が安い。
これを機に、日本でもテキストメッセージングサービス（text messaging service)の普及に力を注いでいきたいと思います。
